The attorneys will be encouraged to unite to find unique and creative ways to tell the government just where they are wrong on these new laws. The panel discussion will give each panelist the opportunity to present their ideas on the best ways to for businesses and patients to challenge or comply with the new laws, including any litigation they are currently working on. The attorneys will also be asked how the legal community can work together to help shape the future of medical marijuana in Colorado to better serve the needs patients.
