Feds step up anti medical marijuana efforts

The federal government, once again, is seeking to establish its relevance by acting outside its Constitutional authority to dictate to the States. Federal DEA raids and letters written by U.S. Attorney Genitals are the next step in their continued attack on states rights and the rights of the people to be “secure in their persons.” The key graph from StopTheDrugWar.org:

How Many Ounces of medical marijuana?

A question often asked is, “How many ounces can I carry as an MMJ patient.”

In Colorado, a patient may engage in the medical use of marijuana, with no more marijuana than is medically necessary to address a debilitating medical condition.

A patient’s medical use of marijuana, within the following limits, is lawful: No more than two ounces of a usable form of marijuana; and no more than six marijuana plants, with three or fewer being mature, flowering plants that are producing a usable form of marijuana.

The right to sell medical marijuana is inherent in the right of individuals to acquire and possess it. If it’s not, we can eliminate any right by simply banning vendors of protected goods and services.
