Medical Marijuna OK’d for Veteran Patients

The Veterans Affairs has clarified their policy on the use of medical marijuana. Patients are typically denied treatment if they use illegal drugs. But since medical marijuana is legal in 14 states, they have clarified their policy.

Patients treated at Veterans Affairs hospitals and clinics will be able to use medical marijuana in the 14 states where it’s legal, according to new federal guidelines.
